The waitlist asks you for an email address. Here is how we use it.

What the site does
- Brand and contact
- HappyPancreas is the brand. Ajay Hiremath is the founder. Contact thehappypancreas@gmail.com.
- What we collect
- For the waitlist, we collect your email address, submission time, consent version, and expiry timestamp. We do not ask for health data.
- Why we use it
- We use the email only for HappyPancreas application availability updates. We do not sell it.
- Where it is stored
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores waitlist records in Cloudflare KV. Cloudflare processes connection details, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the website.
- Abuse prevention
- We use a keyed hash of your IP address and the current hour to count repeated requests. This counter expires within one hour. Our waitlist records do not contain your IP address.
- How long we keep it
- Waitlist records expire automatically after 12 months. You can ask for deletion sooner by email.
- Tracking
- We do not use analytics or ad tracking. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies or store information in your browser's local storage.
- Children
- The site is for adults 18 and older. It does not target children.
- Requests
- Email thehappypancreas@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask for deletion or a copy of your waitlist record.
Your choice
Do not send health details.
The waitlist needs only an email address and explicit consent. Keep diagnosis, medicines, test results, and other health information out of the form and email.
